41 years after the first Black Slaves were captured:

In 1482 on the coasts of the Kongo Kingdom, Catholic Portuguese were sent under the direction of the Portuguese Catholic Crown to go plunder national resources, practice forced slavery and alienate the Kingdom of Kongo, however, these Catholic Portuguese were met with resistance by a faction of the leading class of the Kingdom (Essikongo).

The outcome was a war of these Kongos against the Portuguese; it became a disaster in Kongo.

Again in 1665, in which became known as the Ambuila battle, the Portuguese this time overcame the Kongos and they literally decapitated all the elite of the Kingdom.

300 noble men and 100 Kongo leaders had their heads cut off by the Christian Catholic Portuguese troops.
